The Supreme Court appointed arrangements!

Adequate arrangements are being ensured by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in accordance with the guidelines issued to prevent mob violence. Principal Secretary, Mr Anand Wardhan said that necessary instructions have been issued to the Police, District Administration and other related departments for this. In each district, high level nodal officers are being deployed and the responsibility of the officers is being ensured. The intelligence system is being strengthened.

The Chief Secretary said that everyone has the right to live a respectful life under the Indian constitution. In the Constitution, the right to life is enshrined in the category of “basic rights”. Attack and assassination by the crowd can be seen as a ‘vicious’ attack on personal liberty and fundamental rights of life.

The most important thing is that in the democratic system of India lies the ‘rule of law’. Here every citizen is expected to not violate the law and do not take any illegal activity. If any person has committed a crime, then the right to punish him is law, not the crowd. The person involved in crowded violence will be punished severely under the law.

Principal Secretary, Home, Anand Vardhan has appealed to people not to take the law into their own hands and do not get involved in crowded violence. The social media of the police is also fully visible. Do not abuse social media. Neither rumors of themselves nor victims of rumors. Provide information about the chaotic elements of violence, in the nearby police station, the identity of those who give information will be kept secret.
