देहरादून, 14 अगस्त, रक्षाबंधन के पावन पर्व के आगमन पर देहरादून के विजय कॉलोनी वार्ड की बहनों द्वारा मसूरी विधानसभा से विधायक तथा राज्य सरकार में उद्योग मंत्री गणेश जोशी एवं राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ प्रांत व्यवस्था प्रमुख सुरेंद्र मित्तल को रक्षा सूत्र बांधा गया।
देहरादून के सर्वे एस्टेट में आयोजित कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन से की गई, जिसके उपरांत कार्यक्रम में कलाकारों द्वारा देशभक्ति गीत व विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए गए। अतिथिगणों का पुष्प भेंट कर स्वागत किया गया। उपस्थित महिलाओं ने काबीना मंत्री गणेश जोशी की कलाई में रक्षा सूत्र बांधा, काबीना मंत्री द्वारा महिलाओं को सस्नेहरूपी उपहार भेंट किए गए।
मसूरी विधायक एवं उद्योग मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने भारत माता व मातृ शक्ति जिंदाबाद नारे के साथ अपने संबोधन की शुरुआत करते हुए उपस्थित सभी लोगों को स्वतंत्रता दिवस एवं रक्षाबंधन की अग्रिम शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने अतिथियों का हार्दिक स्वागत प्रकट करते हुए समारोह में आने के लिए उनका धन्यवाद दिया। कैबिनेट मंत्री ने कहा कि बहनों के आशीर्वाद के कारण ही आज मैं विधायक बन पाया हूं। उन्होंने बताया कि जब वह 2007 का चुनाव लड़ रहे थे, इस दौरान उन्होंने वादा किया था कि अगर वह विधायक बनते हैं तो वह एक नेता नहीं बल्कि एक भाई और एक बेटे के रूप में जनता की सेवा करेंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि मैंने अपनी जिंदगी का एक-एक पल आपकी सेवा में लगाया है आप लोग ही मेरा परिवार है आपके इस स्नेह और आशीर्वाद के लिए आपका कोटि-कोटि आभार एवं धन्यवाद। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना के कारण हमने छोटे-छोटे कार्यक्रम रखें हैं जिसमें आप लोग इतने भारी संख्या में आए हैं, यह इस बात का प्रतीक है कि आप अपने भाई, अपने बेटे से कितना प्रेम करते हैं और मैं आपको विश्वास दिलाता हूं कि आपका यह भाई आपका या बेटा दिन रात आपकी सेवा में लगा रहेगा। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि 2022 विधानसभा चुनाव नजदीक है, ऐसे में कई बेहरूपिए आपके सामने आएंगे और जब वह आपके बीच आए तो आप उनको बता देना कि यहां का विधायक आपका बेटा है, आपका भाई है और उनकी दाल यहां गलने वाली नहीं है। उन्होंने बताया कि वह कभी अपना फोन बंद नहीं रखते ताकि जनता की कोई भी समस्या उन तक बिना रुकावट पहुंच सके। उन्होंने बाल कलाकारों से प्रेम पूर्वक भेंट कर उन्हें 5100 की धनराशि पुरस्कृत कर सम्मानित किया।
राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के प्रांत व्यवस्था प्रमुख सुरेन्द्र मित्तल ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में कार्यक्रम पर आमंत्रित करने के लिए कैबिनेट मंत्री का आभार प्रकट करते हुए कहा कि वह कार्यक्रम में पहुंचकर बहुत ही प्रफुल्लित महसूस कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह रक्षाबंधन समारोह विगत सात आठ दिनों से चल रहा है और हर कार्यक्रम में इतनी भीड़ देखकर पता लगता है कि मसूरी विधानसभा की बहने अपने विधायक भाई से कितना प्रेम करती हैं। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि वह राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ से हैं जिनका लक्ष्य राष्ट्र निर्माण वेद देश सेवा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मां बच्चे की प्रथम गुरु होती है और मातृशक्ति के हाथों में ही देश का भविष्य है। उन्होंने उपस्थित सभी माताओं से निवेदन किया कि वह अपनी संतान को राष्ट्र निर्माण,देश प्रेम व देश सेवा का संस्कार दें।
