Mukhyamantri Mahalaxmi Yojana launched :-
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने लाभार्थी माताओं और नवजात शिशुओं को महालक्ष्मी किट वितरित किये
मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना के तहत प्रथम दो बालिकाओं/जुङवा बालिकाओं के जन्म पर माता और नवजात कन्या शिशु को मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी किट उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सीएम कैम्प कार्यालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना का शुभारंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री श्रीमती रेखा आर्या ने लाभार्थी महिलाओं को महालक्ष्मी किट का वितरण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने चयनित लाभार्थी माताओं और नवजात शिशुओं को महालक्ष्मी किट वितरित किये। पूरे राज्य में समस्त जनपदों के कुल 16929 लाभार्थियों को लाभान्वित किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढाओ का अभियान शुरू किया। प्रधानमंत्री जी की दूरदर्शिता का परिणाम है कि इस अभियान से व्यापक जनजागरूकता आई है। इससे लिंगानुपात मे सुधार भी देखने को मिला है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हम अपने आस पास देखें तो पाएंगे कि बेटों की बजाय बेटियां माता पिता का अधिक ख्याल रखती हैं। आज जीवन का कोई क्षेत्र ऐसा नहीं है जहाँ बेटियों ने सफलता न पाई हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नंदा गौरा देवी कन्याधन योजना बेटियों को प्रोत्साहित करने की महत्वपूर्ण योजना है। जल्द ही मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजना शुरू करने जा रहे हैं।
कैबिनेट मंत्री श्रीमती रेखा आर्या ने कहा कि हमें बेटियों को आगे बढाने के लिए दोहरी मानसिकता को खत्म करना है। प्रकृति और संविधान ने समानता का संदेश दिया है। इसलिए बेटियों को प्रोत्साहित करना जरूरी है। महिला-पुरूष का समाज में समान महत्व है। भेदभाव की सोच को समाप्त करना है।
प्रसवोपरांत मातृ व कन्या शिशु के पोषण और अतिरिक्त देखभाल सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से संचालित मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना के तहत प्रथम दो बालिकाओं/जुङवा बालिकाओं के जन्म पर माता और नवजात कन्या शिशु को मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी किट उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।
इस अवसर पर सचिव श्री हरि चंद्र सेमवाल व अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना मे आवेदन हेतु आवश्यक अभिलेख / शर्ते :
1. आंगनवाडी केंद्र पर पंजीकरण
2.सरकारी अथवा प्राइवेट माता-शिशु रक्षा कार्ड की प्रति (MCP कार्ड)
3. संस्थागत प्रसव प्रमाण पत्र (यदि किसी आकस्मिक कारणवश रास्ते में या घर में प्रसव है हुआ है तो तद्विषयक आंगनवाडी कार्यकर्त्री/ मिनी कार्यकर्त्री/आशा वर्कर / चिकित्सक द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र )
4. परिवार रजिस्टर की प्रति
5. प्रथम द्वितीय / जुड़वाँ कन्या के जन्म हेतु स्वप्रमाणित घोषणा
6. नियमित सरकारी /अर्धसरकारी सेवक तथा आयकरदाता न होने विषयक प्रमाण पत्र |

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami distributed Mahalaxmi kits to the beneficiary mothers and newborns Under the Mukhyamantri Mahalakshmi Yojana, the Chief Minister Mahalaxmi Kit is being provided to the mother and the newborn girl child on the birth of the first two girls / twin girls. Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami launched Mukhyamantri Mahalaxmi Yojana in a program organized at CM Camp Office. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Women Empowerment and Child Development Minister Rekha Arya distributed Mahalaxmi kits to the beneficiary women. The Chief Minister distributed Mahalakshmi kits to selected beneficiary mothers and newborns. A total of 16929 beneficiaries of all the districts have been benefitted in the entire state. Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has started the campaign of Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao. It is the result of the vision of the Prime Minister that this campaign has brought wide public awareness. There has also been an improvement in the sex ratio. The Chief Minister said that if we look around us, we will find that daughters take more care of their parents than sons. Today there is no area in life where daughters have not achieved success. The Chief Minister said that Nanda Gaura Devi Kanyadhan Yojana is an important scheme to encourage daughters. Soon the Chief Minister Vatsalya Yojana is going to start. Cabinet Minister Smt. Rekha Arya said that we have to end the dual mentality to take forward the daughters. Nature and Constitution have given the message of equality. That’s why it is necessary to encourage girls. Men and women have equal importance in the society. The idea of discrimination has to end. Under the Mukhyamantri Mahalaxmi Yojana, which aims to ensure the nutrition and extra care of the mother and the girl child after delivery, the Chief Minister Mahalakshmi Kit is being provided to the mother and the newborn girl child on the birth of the first two girls / twin girls. Secretary Shri Hari Chandra Semwal and other departmental officers were present on the occasion. Required records / conditions for application in Chief Minister Mahalaxmi Yojana: 1. Registration at Anganwadi Center 2.Copy of Government or Private Mata-Shishu Raksha Card (MCP Card) 3. Institutional Delivery Certificate (If there is an accidental delivery on the way or at home, then the certificate issued by the Anganwadi worker / mini worker / ASHA worker / doctor for the same) 4. Copy of Family Register 5. Self Attested Declaration for Birth of First Second / Twin Girl 6. Certificate about not being a regular government / semi-government servant and income tax payer.
