#किसानों को विभागीय लूट से बचाने को लेकर मोर्चा द्वारा लड़ी गई थी लड़ाई | # प्रतिवर्ष करोड़ों रुपए की होती थी सब्जियों / फूल के बीज तथा सामान की खरीद | #खरीद एवं वितरण में होता था भारी घोटाला |#किसानों को घटिया क्वालिटी का बीज थमा कर की जाती थी खानापूर्ति | #किसान हित में सरकार का सराहनीय कदम | विकासनगर -जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि कल ही सरकार द्वारा प्रदेश के उद्यान एवं कृषि से जुड़े कृषकों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ, बीज खरीद एवं अन्य योजनाओं का भुगतान डीबीटी यानी डायरेक्ट कृषकों के खातों में धनराशि डालकर किया जाएगा, जोकि सरकार का बहुत ही सराहनीय कदम है | इस प्रक्रिया से किसानों को विभागीय लूट से भी बहुत बड़ी राहत मिलेगी एवं कमीशनखोरी पर भी लगाम लगेगी |नेगी ने कहा की मोर्चा द्वारा किसानों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ एवं बीज खरीद मामले में डीबीटी यानी ऑनलाइन भुगतान को लेकर लड़ाई लड़ी गई थी तथा इस मामले में कृषि एवं उद्यान के क्षेत्र में महारत हासिल विशेषज्ञ डॉ. राजेंद्र कुकसाल जी द्वारा भी मोर्चा को इन सभी विभागीय लूट एवं कृषकों के साथ हो रहे अन्याय को लेकर अवगत कराया था | नेगी ने कहा कि उद्यान एवं कृषि विभाग द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष करोड़ों रुपए मूल्य के सब्जियों, फूलों के बीज तथा सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं हेतु सामान/ उपकरण की खरीद विभाग द्वारा कर प्रदेश के किसानों को घटिया गुणवत्ता का सामान, बीज इत्यादि नि:शुल्क वितरित किया जाता था| नेगी ने कहा कि विभाग द्वारा कागजों में खरीद उच्च क्वालिटी की दर्शाई जाती थी, लेकिन इसके विपरीत खरीद बिल्कुल घटिया क्वालिटी की होती थी, जोकि बामुश्किल 20-30 फ़ीसदी ही धरातल पर उगती थी | इसके साथ साथ वितरण में भी भारी अनियमितता बरती जाती थी |

Negi said that the fight was fought by the Morcha for the benefit of government schemes and DBT i.e. online payment in the matter of seed purchase and in this case In the field of agriculture and horticulture, Dr. Rajendra Kukasalji had also apprised the Morcha about all these departmental loot and injustice being done to the farmers. Negi said that the Department of Horticulture and Agriculture is purchasing crores of rupees worth of vegetables, flower seeds and goods / equipment for government-run schemes, by the department, distributing poor quality goods, seeds etc. to the farmers of the state. Was Negi said that the purchase of paper by the department was shown to be of high quality, but on the contrary, the purchase was of absolutely inferior quality, which barely rose on the ground of 20-30%.
