केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता 17% से बढ़कर होगा 32%, सितंबर की सैलरी में आएंगे बकाया तीन DA!

7th Pay Commission: करीब 1.2 करोड़ केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स का इंतजार खत्म हो गया है. केंद्र सरकार महंगाई भत्तों की बहाली करने पर राजी हो गई है. सितंबर से कर्मचारियों को इसका फायदा मिलने लगेगा.
7th Pay Commission: लाखों केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स के लिए महंगाई भत्ता (DA) और महंगाई राहत (DR) की बहाली को सरकार की मंजूरी मिल गई है. लेकिन इसके लिए केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स को दो महीने का इंतजार करना पड़ेगा. एक बात तो तय है कि केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को सितंबर की सैलरी में मोटा इजाफा होगा.
सितंबर से बढ़ा हुआ DA, DR मिलना शुरू होगा
JCM के नेशनल काउंसिल के मुताबिक केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते और पेंशनर्स की महंगाई राहत की बहाली में थोड़ा वक्त लगेगा. कैबिनेट सेक्रेटरी की अगुवाई में वित्त मंत्रालय और DoPT (डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ पर्सनल एंड ट्रेनिंग) के साथ हुई बैठक में ये तय किया गया कि DA, DR की बहाली सितंबर 2021 से की जाएगी.
बढ़कर कितना हो जाए DA
अब देखना ये है कि सितंबर से बहाली के बाद केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स को DA, DR की किस दर पर मिलता है. JCM सचिव शिव गोपाल मिश्रा ने इस बारे में बताया है. उन्होंने कहा कि जनवरी 2021 और जुलाई 2021 के दोनों महंगाई भत्तों (DA) का ऐलान सितंबर 2021 में किया जाएगा. इसलिए केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों ओर पेंशनर्स को दो महीने का इंतजार करना होगा.
32 परसेंट हो सकता है DA
हालांकि उन्होंने कहा कि सातवें वेतन आयोग के DA कैलकुलेशन के मुताबिक जनवरी 2021 से बकाया DA कम से कम 4 परसेंट हो सकता है. इसके बाद जुलाई 2021 का DA 3 या 4 परसेंट हो सकता है. इसलिए जब DA, DR की बहाली हो जाएगी. तो मौजूदा DA 17 परसेंट से उछलकर 31 परसेंट या फिर 32 परसेंट हो जाएगा. जनवरी 2020 में DA 4 परसेंट बढ़ा था जबकि जून में महंगाई भत्ता 3 परसेंट बढ़ा था.
ऐसे होगा DA का कैलकुलेशन
जनवरी 2020 4 परसेंट
जून 2020 3 परसेंट
जनवरी 2021 4 परसेंट (अनुमानित)
जून 2021 3 या 4 परसेंट (अनुमानित)
सितंबर में बहालनी के बाद कुल DA = 17% + 4% + 3% + 4% + 3 OR 4%
= 31% या 32%
तीन महीने का DA भी सितंबर की सैलरी में आएगा
जहां तक महंगाई भत्ते की तीनों किस्तों (जनवरी 2020, जून 2020 और जनवरी 2021) की बात है तो ये भी सितंबर से दी जा सकती हैं. सरकार जुलाई 2021 और अगस्त 2021 के एरियर भी सितंबर की सैलरी में देगी. इसका मतलब है कि केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों की सितंबर की सैलरी में बंपर इजाफा होगा. यानी दिवाली से पहले ही कर्मचारियों के बैंक अकाउंट में मोटी रकम आ जाएगी.
