Ramjanma Bhumi dispute hearing continues.

In the Ayodhya Ramjanm land dispute case, the hearing will now continue on July 20 in the Supreme Court. In a hearing on Friday in the bench of three judges chaired by CJI Deepak Mishra, the UP Shia Central Waqf Board, in its favor, said that the Babri Masjid was built by Mir Baqi who was a Shia. In such a situation, Shia Wakf Board must have the right to its right. And in order to maintain unity, peace and goodwill in the country, he is in favor of giving one third of his share to the Ram temple.
The Board opposed the mosque’s acceptance of the Ismail Farooqi judgment, which did not consider an integral part of Islam, to send back the constitution bench for reconsideration. On the other hand Sunni Waqf Board and advocate Rajiv Dhawan, appearing for Muslims, argued that the statue of Gautama Buddha was destroyed by the Muslim Taliban in Bamiyan in Afghanistan, while the Babri Masjid was eliminated by the ‘Hindu Taliban’. On behalf of the original appellant Jameet Ulema Hind K M Siddiqui, argued for the transfer of Rajiv Dhawan Ismail Farooqi case to the constitution bench for reconsideration.
