श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब के जत्थेदार ने कहा कि हमें अपने मतभेद भुला कर कौम के लिए श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब की सरपरस्ती में बैठना होगा। अपनी इस ताकत को कभी कमजोर नहीं होने देना। हमारा राजनीतिक विरोध होना चाहिए लेकिन इसकी आड़ में अपनी ताकत को कमजोर नहीं होने देना।
ऑपरेशन ब्लू स्टार की 37वीं बरसी पर श्री अखंड पाठ साहिब के भोग डाले गए। इस दौरान श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी हरप्रीत सिंह ने कौम के नाम संदेश पढ़ा और इससे पहले पढ़ी गई अरदास में जरनैल सिंह भिंडरावाले, बाबा ठारा सिंह और जरनैल सुबेग सिंह को कौम का शहीद करार दिया। इस दौरान खालिस्तान जिंदाबाद के नारे भी लगे और लाल किले पर झंडा फहराने वाले दीप सिद्धू भी समागम में पहुंचे। श्री हरमंदिर साहिब के अंदर खालिस्तान झंडे और अलगाववादी जरनैल सिंह भिंडरावाले के पोस्टर भी दिखाई दिए। प्रशासन ने पूरे अमृतसर की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कड़ी कर दी है।
श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी हरप्रीत सिंह ने कौम के नाम संदेश में कहा कि 37 साल पहले भारत की सेना ने पाकिस्तान और चीन की तरह श्री हरमंदिर साहिब पर टैंकों और तोपों से हमला किया और विजेता सेना की तरह सिखों के साथ व्यवहार किया।
यह हमला सिख कौम की पीठ पर नासूर है, जो भरता है, दर्द देता है और हर साल खालिस्तान जिंदाबाद कह कर हम इस दर्द को कम करने का प्रयास करते हैं। हमें पता है कि इस नसूर का इलाज कैसे करना है। क्या इसकी दवा है और कैसे प्राप्त करना है। 37 साल पहले श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब और देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में 37 गुरुद्वारों पर हुए हमले में सिख शहीद हुए।

Jathedar of Shri Akal Takht Sahib said that we have to forget our differences and sit under the patronage of Shri Akal Takht Sahib for the sake of the community. Never let this strength of yours get weak. We should have political opposition but don’t let our strength weaken under its guise.
Bhog of Shri Akhand Path Sahib was offered on the 37th anniversary of Operation Blue Star. During this, the Jathedar of Shri Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Harpreet Singh read the message in the name of the community and in the Ardas read earlier, Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, Baba Thara Singh and Jarnail Subeg Singh were declared martyrs of the community. During this, slogans of Khalistan Zindabad were also raised and Deep Sidhu, who hoisted the flag at the Red Fort, also reached the gathering. Khalistan flags and posters of separatist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale were also seen inside Sri Harmandir Sahib. The administration has tightened the security arrangements in the entire Amritsar.
Giani Harpreet Singh, Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, in a message to the community, said that 37 years ago the Indian Army, like Pakistan and China, attacked Sri Harmandir Sahib with tanks and cannons and treated Sikhs like a victorious army.
This attack is a canker on the back of the Sikh community, which heals, gives pain and every year we try to reduce this pain by saying Khalistan Zindabad. We know how to treat this canker. What is its medicine and how to get it. Sikhs were martyred 37 years ago in the attack on Sri Akal Takht Sahib and 37 Gurdwaras in different parts of the country.
