जर्मनी में रहने वाले NRI भाइयों ने शहर के एक ज्वेलर के बेटे को जर्मनी ले जाने के बदले 12 लाख रुपए ले लिए। फिर उसे वहां का परमानेंट सिटिजन बनाने के बजाय अपने रेस्टोरेंट में मुफ्त में काम करवाते रहे। उसका पासपोर्ट भी अपने पास रख लिया, ताकि लड़का भारत न लौट सके। जर्मनी से ही लड़के ने पंजाब पुलिस के NRI विंग व विदेश मंत्रालय को शिकायत भेजी कि वो इनकी वजह से जर्मनी में फंस गया है। जिसकी जांच हुई तो पुलिस ने आरोपी NRI भाईयों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर लिया है।

जान-पहचान का फायदा उठा ले गए एक बेटे को

NRI पुलिस की जांच के मुताबिक, माडल टाउन के रहने वाले भूपिंदर सिंह शहर में ज्वेलर का काम करते हैं। उनकी जर्मनी में रह रहे गांव तलवंडी भराें के सगे भाई अमरजीत सिंह बाजवा व रणजीत सिंह बाजवा से जान-पहचान थी। ज्वेलर भूपिंदर के 4 बेटे हैं। यह देख अमरजीत व रणजीत ने उसे कहा कि अपने एक बेटे काे हमारे साथ जर्मनी भेज दो। वह उसे 4 साल में जर्मनी का परमानेंट सिटिजन बना देंगे। इसके बाद उनकी भूपिंदर सिंह से उनके बेटे अमन आनंद को जर्मनी ले जाकर पक्का करने के लिए 12 लाख में बात तय हो गई।

बैंक से कर्जा लेकर दिए थे रुपए

ज्वेलर भूपिंदर ने बेटे अमन आनंद को जर्मनी भेजने के लिए बैंक से कर्जा ले लिया। इसके बाद 12 लाख रुपए अमरजीत व रणजीत को दे दिए। कुछ समय बाद दोनों अमन को अपने साथ जर्मनी ले गए। वहां से उन्हें अमन ने बताया कि उसे जर्मनी के बजाय ग्रीस ले गए और फिर सड़क के रास्ते जर्मनी ले गए हैं।

अपने रेस्टोरेंट में काम करा नहीं दिए रुपए

इसके बाद अमन आनंद को अमरजीत सिंह ने अपने रेस्टोरेंट में काम पर रख लिया। 4 साल उसने अमन से काम कराया लेकिन कोई सैलरी नहीं दी। इसके अलावा उसे जर्मनी में पक्का करने के लिए भी कोई कोशिश नहीं की। उसका पासपोर्ट तक नहीं दिया ताकि कहीं वो वापस न लौट आए।

एक भाई ने दूसरे पर लगाए आरोप, दूसरे ने नहीं दिया जवाब

पुलिस को दिए बयान में रणजीत सिंह ने माना कि उसका भाई अमरजीत सिंह लोगों को विदेश भेजने के लिए एजेंट का काम करता है। पुलिस के ई-मेल से जवाबतलबी करने के बावजूद अमरजीत सिंह ने जांच से किनारा कर लिया। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने इस मामले में आरोपी NRI भाइयों के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज कर लिया है।

The NRI brothers living in Germany took 12 lakh rupees in exchange for taking the son of a city jeweler to Germany. Then instead of making him the permanent citizen of the place, he got his restaurant working for free. He also kept his passport with him, so that the boy could not return to India. The boy from Germany sent a complaint to the Punjab Police’s NRI Wing and the Ministry of External Affairs that he was trapped in Germany because of them. When investigated, the police has registered a case against the accused NRI brothers.

A son took advantage of acquaintance

According to an investigation by the NRI police, Bhupinder Singh, a resident of Model Town, works as a jeweler in the city. He was acquainted with Amarjit Singh Bajwa and Ranjit Singh Bajwa, the real brothers of village Talwandi Bharen, living in Germany. Jeweler Bhupinder has 4 sons. Seeing this, Amarjeet and Ranjit told him to send one of his sons with us to Germany. He will make him the permanent citizen of Germany in 4 years. After this, the matter was fixed at 12 lakh to ensure that his son Aman Anand was taken from Germany to Bhupinder Singh.

I took money from the bank and gave it money

Jeweler Bhupinder took a loan from the bank to send his son Aman Anand to Germany. After this, he gave 12 lakh rupees to Amarjeet and Ranjeet. After some time both of them took Aman with them to Germany. From there he was told by Aman that he took him to Greece instead of Germany and then took him to Germany by road.

Did not give money to work in your restaurant

After this Amar Anand was hired by Amarjeet Singh in his restaurant. 4 years he worked with Aman but did not pay any salary. Apart from this, no attempt was made to make him firm in Germany. He did not even give his passport so that he does not return anywhere.

One brother accused the other, the other did not answer

In a statement to the police, Ranjit Singh admitted that his brother Amarjit Singh acts as an agent to send people abroad. Amarjeet Singh opted out of the investigation despite the police responding to the e-mail. After which the police have registered a cheating case against the NRI brothers accused in this case.
