कोरोना की तीसरी लहर के संभावित खतरों के मद्देनजर अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, एम्स ऋषिकेश ने बच्चों के उपचार के लिए अभी से तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। इसके लिए संस्थान के नर्सिंग स्टाफ को विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। साथ ही कोरोना संक्रमित बच्चों के लिए 100 बेड का अतिरिक्त कोविड वार्ड बनाने की योजना पर भी कार्य चल रहा है।

चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार कोरोना महामारी की तीसरी लहर के दौरान बच्चों में वायरस संक्रमण का खतरा ज्यादा बढ़ सकता है। इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए एम्स ऋषिकेश ने निदेशक पद्मश्री प्रोफेसर रवि कांत जी की देखरेख व मार्गदर्शन में इलाज पूर्व तैयारियों को लेकर विभिन्न योजनाएं बनाई हैं। प्लान के तहत यहां बच्चों के उपचार के लिए आवश्यक बेडों की संख्या, मेडिकल उपकरण और मेन पावर पर फोकस किया जा रहा है। एम्स अस्पताल प्रशासन द्वारा बच्चों में संक्रमण फैलने की दशा में उनके इलाज के लिए 100 बेड अलग से रिजर्व रखे जाएंगे। जिनमें 50 ऑक्सीजन बेड और 50 आईसीयू सुविधा वाले बेड शामिल हैं। इन बेडों के लिए वेन्टिलेटर, माॅनीटर आदि आवश्यक उपकरणों की व्यवस्था कर ली गई है।

कोविड19 की तीसरी लहर की आशंका के मद्देनजर एहतियातन उपायों के बाबत जानकारी देते हुए डीन हॉस्पिटल अफेयर्स प्रोफेसर यूबी मिश्रा जी ने बताया कि संस्थान में बच्चों के उपचार के लिए 55 प्रशिक्षित रेजिडेंट्स चिकित्सक और 50 नर्सिंग स्टाफ की टीम उपलब्ध है। इसके अलावा 1

According to medical experts, during the third wave of the corona epidemic, the risk of virus infection in children may increase. To deal with this problem, AIIMS Rishikesh has made various plans for pre-treatment preparations under the supervision and guidance of Director Padmashree Professor Ravi Kant. Under the plan, the number of beds required for the treatment of children, medical equipment and main power is being focused here. In case of spread of infection among the children by the AIIMS hospital administration, 100 beds will be kept separately for their treatment.
