Programs should be set according to a Vision. He said that the people’s participation should be ensured at the establishment day function and the people of the state should be associated with the programs of the establishment day.
In the meeting, the initial framework of the State Establishment Festival was discussed. On Sunday, November 05, the “Rabar program” will be organized on the Chief Minister’s residence, in which the people of Uttarakhand will be part of the prestigious, national and international level.
On 6th November, senior IAS officers will be interacting with students in various schools and educational institutions. Along with this, programs related to those who wrote success stories through Self-employment and Self Enterprises in the fields of agriculture, industry, industry etc. will also be organized.

Marathon races and cultural events will be organized on November 8, on the occasion of State Establishment Day.
A rhetique parade will be organized in the police line on the occasion of the State Establishment Day on November 09. In which the state’s governor will take the salute of police parade. On this day, the release booklet of the Development Book published by the Information and Public Relations Department will also be held. Prizes will also be distributed by the Sports Department at the release function.
Checks will also be distributed to the beneficiaries under the Pt dindyal Kisan Kalyan Yojna by the Cooperative Department on November 09. The cultural evening will be organized by the Department of Culture by evening.
Tele radiology and other health plans will be released under the Department of Health in Pauri on November 10.
