अगले वर्ष से तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार एवं आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार की धनराशि बढ़ाकर 51 हजार रूपये की जाएगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने 22 महिलाओं को तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार एवं 22 महिलाओं को आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने घोषणा की है कि अगले वर्ष से तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार एवं आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार की धनराशि बढ़ाकर 51 हजार रूपये किया जायेगा। भारतीय महिला हॉकी टीम की खिलाड़ी वन्दना कटारिया उत्तराखण्ड में महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की ब्रांड एम्बेसेडर होंगी। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सर्वे चौक स्थित आई.आर.डी.टी सभागर में ‘‘ तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार एवं ‘‘आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार‘‘ हेतु चयनित राज्य की महिलाओं को सम्मानित किया। इस वर्ष 22 महिलाओं को तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार एवं 22 महिलाओं को आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है। तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार प्राप्तकताओं को 31 हजार रूपये की सम्मान धनराशि एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया गया। जबकि आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार के तहत 21 हजार रूपये की सम्मान राशि एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में हर क्षेत्र में मातृ शक्ति की बड़ी भूमिका रही है। उत्तराखण्ड अलग राज्य निर्माण की मांग हेतु महिलाओं ने अहम भूमिका निभाई। उन्होंने मातृ शक्ति को नमन करते हुए कहा कि कि महिला सशक्तीकरण की दिशा में राज्य सरकार द्वारा अनेक प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजना शुरू की गई है। कोरोना काल में जिन बच्चों ने अपने माता-पिता या सरंक्षक को खोया है, उनको राज्य सरकार प्रति माह 03 हजार रूपये, एवं निःशुल्क शिक्षा की व्यवस्था कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों की स्थित मजबूत होनी जरूरी है। बच्चों के शुरूआती चरण के विकास में आंगनबाडियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। माता-पिता के बाद बच्चों को संस्कार देने के शुरूआत आंगनबाड़ी से ही होती है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि जो लोग सीमित संसाधन होने पर बड़ी उपलब्धि हांसिल करते हैं, उनकी अलग ख्याति होती है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का उदाहरण देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी का जीवन सामान्य परिस्थितियों में बीता, लेकिन आज उनकी कार्यशैली से भारत को वैश्विक पटल पर एक अलग पहचान मिली है। आज देश हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर है। मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने बचपन के संस्मरणों को साझा करते हुए कहा कि प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा के दौरान हम भी तख्ती (पाटी) पर लिखते थे। जिसके लिए चूने का घोल इस्तेमाल किया जाता था।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा महिला सशक्तीकरण की दिशा में अनेक कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार का प्रयास है कि मातृ शक्ति को इन योजना का लाभ मिला। राज्य में मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना चलाई जा रही है। जिसमें गर्भवती महिलाओं एवं नवजात कन्या शिशु के लिए किट दी जा रही है। राज्य सरकार जनता के साथ साझीदार की भूमिका में कार्य कर रही है। समाज के हर वर्ग के लिए केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा अनेक जन कल्याणकारी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है।
महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री श्रीमती रेखा आर्या ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड की वीरांगना तीलू रौतेली के जन्म दिवस के अवसर पर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सराहनीय कार्य करने वाली राज्य की चयनित महिलाओं को तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार एवं आंगनबाड़ी में अच्छा कार्य करने वाली महिलाओं को आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है। मात्र 15 वर्ष की आयु में ही वे रणभूमि में कूद पड़ी थी। उन्होंने बहुत कम आयु में सात युद्ध लड़े। यह दिन प्रदेश की महिलाओं को सम्मानित करने का सबसे अच्छा दिन है। तीलू रौतेली ने जिस वीरता का परिचय दिया, आज यह हमारे सामने एक इतिहास है।
