उत्तराखंड डिजिटल मीडिया संगठनों ने नई विज्ञापन दर पर जताई नाराजगी। कहा-यह विज्ञापन दर तीरथ सिंह रावत सरकार को फेल करने की साजिश।

उत्तराखंड न्यूज़ पोर्टल्स के विभिन्न संगठनों द्वारा उत्तराखंड वेब मीडिया एसोसिएशन द्वारा आयोजित वर्चुअल बैठक में भागीदारी निभाते हुए कहा है कि वर्तमान में जो विज्ञापन दर ई टेंडर प्रक्रिया के बाद सामने आई है वह एक बहुत बड़ी साजिश का हिस्सा है व यह विज्ञापन दर सीधे सीधे मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत की सरकार को फेल करने की साजिश का हिस्सा है। इस विज्ञापन प्रक्रिया को देखकर पत्रकार संगठन अपने को ठगा हुआ व अपमानित महसूस कर रहे हैं।
उत्तराखंड डिजिटल मीडिया संगठन के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार साथियों ने इस ई टेंडर प्रक्रिया की स्वीकार्यता पर कई प्रश्न चिह्न लगाए हैं व शंका जताई है कि यह प्रक्रिया बिना विभागीय मिलीभगत के हो ही नहीं सकती थी। सभी ने कहा कि जब सोशल मीडिया का प्लेट फॉर्म उत्तराखंड के पत्रकारों हेतु बिशेष रूप से तैयार किया गया था तब उसमें साफ-साफ शर्त लिखी गयी थी कि इसमें प्रदेश से बाहर के किसी भी न्यूज़ पोर्टल को स्थान नहीं दिया जाएगा, लेकिन पूर्व महानिदेशक सूचना पंकज पांडे के समय यह शर्त उससे बेहद सफाई से हटा दी गयी और इसमें अमेंडमेंट किया गया।
सोशल मीडिया से जुड़े वरिष्ठ पत्रकारों ने कहा है कि बिना विभागीय मिली भगत के यह सम्भव हो ही नहीं सकता कि कोई ई टेंडर में ऐसे रेट दर्ज कर दे। उन्होंने कहा कि विभाग में ही कुछ भ्रष्ट व करप्ट अधिकारी हैं जो किसी भी हद तक जाकर यह चाहते हैं कि पत्रकार त्रस्त होकर मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ के पक्ष की जगह उनके विपक्ष में खबरें लगाए।
इस दौरान सभी ने अपने अपने पक्ष रखते हुए कहा है कि इस मामले को मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत, सचिव सूचना व महानिदेशक सूचना के समक्ष विभिन्न पक्षों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए रखा जाय ताकि अग्रिम भविष्य में सूचना विभाग इस सब पर ठोस नीति बनाये व स्क्रीनिंग के समय ही यह अच्छी तरह जांच ले कि सरकार जिन्हें सरकारी विज्ञापनों में नामित कर उन्हें सूचीबद्ध कर रही है क्या उन्होंने प्रदेश सरकार के विकास कार्यों को अपने न्यूज़ पोर्टल्स में प्रमुखता से स्थान दिया है।
चर्चा में ज्यादात्तर पत्रकारों का मानना था कि इस बार सूचीबद्ध न्यूज़ पोर्टल्स में कतिपय ऐसे भी हैं जिनके न्यूज़ पोर्टल्स में सरकार क्या पूरे प्रदेश भर की राजनैतिक, सामाजिक, सामाजिक, आर्थिक व अन्य विभिन्न गतिविधियों सम्बन्धी एक भी खबर नहीं है।
उत्तराखंड वेब मीडिया एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष मनोज इष्टवाल ने कहा कि यह वर्चुअल बैठक इसलिए आहूत की गई थी, क्योंकि इस बार 345 न्यूज़ पोर्टल्स सूचीबद्ध की श्रेणी में शामिल किए गए हैं व जिनमें से ज्यादात्तर न्यूज़ पोर्टल्स द्वारा वर्तमान में जारी विज्ञापन दर पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए विरोध दर्ज करते हुए इसे इसे सरकार विरोधी करार दिया है व आशंका व्यक्त की है कि जिन्होंने भी ऐसे रेट डाले हैं यह पार्टी के अंदरूनी कलह या फिर उत्तराखंड में इस चुनाव में ताल ठोक रहे किसी बड़े राजनैतिक दल के इशारे पर किसी बड़ी साजिश के तहत किया गया कार्य बताया है।
इस वर्चुअल बैठक में देहरादून से अमित सिंह नेगी गढ़वाल कुमाऊं से वरिष्ठ पत्रकार नागेंद्र उनियाल, अविकल थपलियाल, घनश्याम जोशी, हर्षबर्द्धन पांडे, विनोद भगत, पंकज पंवार, आलोक शर्मा, नवीन जोशी, चन्द्रशेखर जोशी, शैलेश नौटियाल इत्यादि ने शिरकत किया है
