इटावा- थाना बकेवर क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत 31 जुलाई की रात्रि में पेप्सी एजेंसी मालिक के घर पर 12 लाख से अधिक की चोरी हो गई थी।

जिस पर पुलिस ने गंभीरता दिखाते हुए एक टीम बनाई और मुखबिर की सूचना पर पास के ही क्षेत्र के 7 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया। जिनके पास से कुछ नगदी व सामान बरामद हुआ।

लेकिन जब गहनता से पूछताछ की गई तो चोरी के तार खुलते चले गए औरैया, इटावा व आसपास के जिलों में चोरी करने वाले गैंग का खुलासा हुआ।

जिसमें 8 पुरुष और 4 महिलाओं को गिरफ्तार किया गया। चोरी की गई जेवर की तिजोरी सहित 2 लाख 96 हजार कैश और अवैध असलाह भी बरामद हुआ।

एसएसपी के मुताबिक 12 लाख रुपए से अधिक का जेवर बरामद हुआ है। इस तरह अंतर्जनपदीय चोर गैंग जिसमें महिलाएं भी शामिल है यह चोरी की वारदात किया करते थे।

Etawah – On the night of July 31, more than 12 lakhs was stolen at the house of Pepsi Agency owner under Police Station Bakewar area.

On which the police, showing seriousness, formed a team and on the information of the informer arrested 7 people from the nearby area. Some cash and goods were recovered from them.

But when the interrogation was done intensively, the strings of theft went on unearthed in Auraiya, Etawah and adjoining districts, the gang of thefts was exposed.

In which 8 men and 4 women were arrested. 2 lakh 96 thousand cash and illegal weapons were also recovered, including the stolen jewellery.

According to the SSP, jewelery worth more than Rs 12 lakh has been recovered. In this way, the inter-state thieves gang, which includes women, used to commit theft.
