#प्रदेश पर है 58000 करोड़ से अधिक का कर्ज | #प्रतिवर्ष 160-170 करोड़ यूनिट्स चली जाती है लाइन लॉस में ! #600-700 करोड़ की चपत प्रतिवर्ष लगती है लाइन लॉस से | #कुल वितरण एवं ए.टी. एंड सी हानियां हैं 30- 35 फ़ीसदी | #कर्ज का ब्याज चुकाने के लिए लिया जा रहा कर्ज पर कर्ज | #कर्मचारियों को वेतन के पड़ रहे लाले ! विकासनगर- जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने पत्रकारों से वार्ता करते हुए कहा कि तमाम राजनैतिक दल आगामी चुनाव को देखते हुए प्रदेश की जनता को मुफ्त बिजली देने की बात कर रहे हैं, जिस पर इन राजनैतिक दलों को जनता को जवाब देना होगा ! नेगी ने कहा कि वर्ष 2019-20 में सरकार द्वारा 14139.31 मिलियन यूनिट्स खरीदी गई एवं उसके सापेक्ष 12538.65 मिलियन यूनिट्स बेची गई, इस प्रकार 1600. 66 मिलियन यूनिट्स यानी 160 करोड़ यूनिट्स लाइन लॉस में चली गई | इसी प्रकार वर्ष 2018-19 में 14083.69 मिलियन यूनिट्स खरीद के सापेक्ष 12295.20 मिलियन यूनिट्स बेची गई, इस प्रकार 1788.49 मिलियन यूनिट्स लाइन लॉस में चली गई | इस लाइन लॉस की चलते सरकार को प्रतिवर्ष लगभग 600-700 करोड़ की चपत लग रही है |इसके अतिरिक्त वितरण एवं ए टी एंड सी हानियां 30- 35 फ़ीसदी हैं | नेगी ने हैरानी जताई कि जिस गरीब प्रदेश पर 58000 करोड़ से अधिक का कर्ज हो तथा ब्याज चुकाने के लिए कर्ज लिया जा रहा हो, ऐसे में मुफ्त बिजली का जुमला कितने दिन धरातल पर टिक पाएगा ! मोर्चा का प्रदेश की जनता से अपील है कि मुफ्त बिजली देने वाले राजनीतिक दलों से सवाल जरूर करें | पत्रकार वार्ता में- दिलबाग सिंह, ओ.पी. राणा व विनोद गोस्वामी थे |

Vikasnagar- Jan Sangharsh Morcha President and former Vice President of GMVN Raghunath Singh Negi while talking to reporters said that all the political parties are talking about giving free electricity to the people of the state in view of the upcoming elections, on which these political parties should be given free power to the public. Gotta answer! Negi said that in the year 2019-20, 14139.31 million units were purchased by the government and 12538.65 million units were sold against it, thus 1600. 66 million units i.e. 160 crore units went into line loss. Similarly, in the year 2018-19, against the purchase of 14083.69 million units, 12295.20 million units were sold, thus 1788.49 million units went into line loss. Due to this line loss, the government is incurring a loss of about 600-700 crores per year. Apart from this, distribution and AT&C losses are 30-35%. Negi wondered that in a poor state which has a debt of more than 58000 crores and is taking loan to pay interest, then how many days the free electricity will last on the ground!
