पंजाब सरकार ने उठाया बड़ा कदम:कोरोना वैक्सीन के प्रमाणपत्रों से हटाई प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की तस्वीर, झारखंड और छत्तीसगढ़ के बाद ऐसा करने वाला तीसरा राज्य बना

पंजाब सरकार ने कोविड-19 का टीका लगवाने वाले लोगों को जारी किए जाने वाले वैक्सीन प्रमाण पत्रों से प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की तस्वीर हटा दी है। झारखंड और छत्तीसगढ़ के बाद ऐसा करने वाला पंजाब तीसरा राज्य है। पंजाब स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग की ओर से जारी किए जा रहे कोविड-19 टीकाकरण प्रमाणपत्र पर अब केवल मिशन फतेह का लोगो लगा है।

पंजाब सरकार ने यह कदम कई राजनीतिक नेताओं के द्वारा प्रमाण पत्रों पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की तस्वीर को लेकर जताए गए ऐतराज और तस्वीर हटाने की मांग के बाद उठाया है। केंद्र सरकार से वैक्सीन की पर्याप्त मात्रा में उपलब्धता नहीं होने के कारण पंजाब सरकार को विभिन्न निर्माताओं से सीधे वैक्सीन खरीदनी की संभावनाओं को तलाशना पड़ रहा है। वैक्सीनेशन में केंद्र सरकार का कोई सहयोग नहीं मिल रहा। ऐसे में इसे भी वैक्सीन सर्टिफिकेट से नरेंद्र मोदी की तस्वीर हटाए जाने का एक कारण माना जा रहा है।

सूबे में कोरोना वैक्सीन का स्टॉक खत्म
एक जून से टीकाकरण की प्राथमिकता सूची का विस्तार कर इसमें दुकानदार, उनका स्टाफ, औद्योगिक कामगार, रेहड़ी-छोटी दुकान वाले, डिलीवरी एजेंट, बस, कैब ड्राइवर व कंडक्टर और स्थानीय निकाय के मेंबर शामिल किए जाएंगे। वहीं, स्वस्थ सचिव हुस्न लाल ने बताया वैक्सीन पंजाब में पूरी तरह खत्म हो चुकी है। जब तक वैक्सीन उपलब्ध नहीं तो जाती, वैक्सीनेशन का कार्य नहीं हो सकता है।

10 जून तक बढ़ा मिनी लॉकडाउन
मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने गुरुवार को रिव्यू मीटिंग कर कोरोना की रोकथाम के प्रबंधों का जायजा लिया। CM ने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमित कुछ कम हुए हैं पर अभी सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है। CM ने 31 मई तक लागू पाबंदियों को 10 जून तक बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ कुछ राहत के भी आदेश दिए। निजी वाहनों पर सवारियों की संख्या पर लगी पाबंदी हटाई गई है लेकिन वाहनों, टैक्सियों में क्षमता से आधी सवारियां ही बैठानी होंगी।

सरकारी और प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में चुनिंदा सर्जरी और मेडिकल कॉलेजों में OPD चालू करने की भी मंजूरी दी गई है। प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में ओवरचार्जिंग की शिकायतों के मद्देनजर CM ने आदेश दिया कि अस्पतालों को एंट्री गेट पर ही सेवाओं की रेट लिस्ट लगाई जाए। शहरों में कौन सी दुकानें कब खुलेंगी, यह तय करने का अधिकार सभी DC को दिया गया है। DC हालात मुताबिक निर्णय लेंगे।

The Punjab government has removed the photograph of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the vaccine certificates issued to people who have been vaccinated by Kovid-19. Punjab is the third state to do so after Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. The mission of the Kovid-19 vaccination certificate, being issued by the Punjab Health and Family Welfare Department, now bears the logo of Mission Fateh.

The Punjab government has taken this step after several political leaders have objected to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s photograph on the certificates and demanded the removal of the picture. Due to lack of adequate availability of vaccine from the central government, the Punjab government has to explore the possibilities of purchasing the vaccine directly from various manufacturers. There is no support of central government in vaccination. In such a situation, it is also considered as a reason to remove the picture of Narendra Modi from the vaccine certificate.

Corona vaccine stock out in the state
From June 1, the vaccination priority list will be expanded to include shopkeepers, their staff, industrial workers, street vendors, delivery agents, buses, cab drivers and conductors and local body members. At the same time, Healthy Secretary Hussain Lal told that the vaccine is completely finished in Punjab. Unless the vaccine is available, vaccination may not work.

Mini lockdown extended till 10 June
Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh took a review meeting on Thursday to review the arrangements for the prevention of corona. The CM said that some of the corona infected have decreased but still need to be cautious. The CM also ordered to extend the restrictions applicable till 31 May by 10 June, as well as some relief. Restrictions on the number of passengers on private vehicles have been lifted, but only half the capacity will have to be accommodated in vehicles, taxis.

OPD has also been approved to be commissioned in select surgeries in government and private hospitals and in medical colleges. In view of complaints of overcharging in private hospitals, the CM ordered that hospitals should be given a rate list of services at the entry gate itself. All the DCs have been given the right to decide which shops will open in the cities. DC will decide according to the circumstances.
