देहरादून, 10 मई 2021, देहरादून जनपद के कोविड उपचार व्यवथाओं के प्रभारी और सैनिक कल्याण, औद्योगिक विकास, एम0एस0एम0ई0 तथा खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग मंत्री गणेश जोशी द्वारा 18 से 44 वर्ष आयु समूह को कोविड टीकाकरण हेतु गढ़ी कैंट के व्लूमिंग बर्ड स्कूल में बनाए गए केन्द्र पर उपस्थित रहे। इस दौरान उन्होेंने युवाओं को कोविड टीकाकरण कर रहे चिकित्सकीय स्टाॅफ, प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ टीकाकरण हेतु की गई व्यवस्था का जायजा लिया तथा टीकाकरण हेतु आए युवाओं से बातचीत भी की। पूर्व विधानसभा अध्यक्ष एवं कैंट विधायक हरबंश कपूर तथा छावनी परिषद देहरादून की सी0ई0ओ0 तनु जैन भी इस दौरान उपस्थित रही।
इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री ने बताया कि उनकी सरकार वर्तमान कोविड महामारी के समय में नागरिकों को जल्द से जल्द उपचार राहत दिलाने हेतु दिन-रात काम कर रही है। एक ओर कोविड उपचार सुविधाओं का विकास किया जा रहा है तो दूसरी ओर चिकित्सकीय मानव संसाधन को प्राप्त करने का काम किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री लगातार स्वयं समस्त कार्योंं की माॅनिटरिंग कर रहे हैं। भारत सरकार के स्तर पर हर संभव मदद का भरोसा भी मुख्यमंत्री महोदय को मिला है। तमाम व्यक्ति, संगठन एंव स्वयं सेवी संस्थाएं इस अवसर पर आगे आ कर सहयोग कर रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा बेहद स्वागतयोग्य फैसला लेते हुए राज्य के समस्त युवाआंे को (18-44वर्ष) भी मुफ्त टीकाकरण करवाया जा रहा है। देहरादून में टीकाकरण की शुरूआत करने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री हल्द्वानी में भी टीकाकरण की शुरूआत की है।
उन्होंने जनपद तथा प्रदेश के नागरिकों से भी यह अपील की, कि इस संकट की घड़ी में सरकार द्वारा जारी कोविड दिशा-निर्देशों का गंभीरता से पालन करें और अपनी बारी आने पर टीकाकरण अवश्य करें।

Be present at During this time, he reviewed the arrangements made for vaccination with medical staff, administrative officials who were vaccinating the youth and also interacted with the youth who had come for the vaccination. Former Assembly Speaker and Cantt MLA Harbansh Kapoor and CEO of Cantonment Board Dehradun Tanu Jain were also present during this period. On this occasion, the cabinet minister informed that his government is working day and night to provide treatment relief to the citizens as soon as possible during the time of the current Kovid epidemic. On one hand Kovid treatment facilities are being developed, on the other hand the work of obtaining medical human resources is being done. The Chief Minister is constantly monitoring all the works himself. The Chief Minister has also got the confidence of all possible help at the level of the Government of India. All individuals, organizations and voluntary organizations are coming forward to cooperate on this occasion. Taking a very welcome decision by the Chief Minister, all the youth of the state (18-44 years) are also being given free immunization. After the introduction of vaccination in Dehradun, the Chief Minister has also introduced vaccination in Haldwani. He also appealed to the citizens of the district and the state to seriously follow the guidelines issued by the government in the hour of crisis and must get vaccinated when it is their turn.
