उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले पुलिसकर्मीयों को दिया जाएगा ‘man of the month’ पुरस्कार, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय द्वारा दिए गये निर्देश

वर्तमान में कोविड-19 सक्रमण के दौरान दून पुलिस द्वारा पूर्ण कर्तव्यनिष्ठा व सेवाभाव के साथ प्रत्येक जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति तक हर सम्भव सहायता पहुँचाने का पूर्ण प्रयास किया गया है। दून पुलिस द्वारा कोरोना संक्रमण के अतिरिक्त अपराधो की रोकथाम व उनके अनावरण में भी नियमित रूप से सराहनीय कार्य किये जा रहे हैं, ऐसे में पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा अपने कर्तव्यों के दौरान किये जा रहे अथक प्रयासों के दृष्टिगत उनके मनोबल को ऊंचा रखते हुए उन्हे प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक देहरादून महोदय द्वारा प्रत्येक माह में सराहनीय कार्य करने वाले पुलिसकर्मियो को पुरूस्कृत करने की घोषणा की गयी है, जिसके तहत प्रत्येक माह सराहनीय कार्य करने वाले पुुलिसकर्मियों को तीन अलग-अलग श्रेणीयों में पुरूस्कृत किया जायेगा। जिसमें किसी अभियोग के अनावरण/विवेचना के दौरान विशिष्ट कार्य करने वाले पुलिसकर्मी को “सर्वश्रेष्ठ अनावरण/विवेचना”, अराजक/असमाजिक तत्वों के विरूद्ध अधिक से अधिक निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही करने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों को “सर्वश्रेष्ठ निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही” तथा अति विशिष्ट कार्य करने वाले पुलिसकर्मी को “पुलिस मैन आफ द मंथ” के पुरूस्कार से पुरूस्कृत करते हुए प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किये जायेंगे। उक्त प्रक्रिया के दौरान पूर्ण पारदर्शिता बरतने के लिये सम्मानित किये जाने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों के नामों पर उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों के पूर्ण विवरण के साथ सम्बन्धित क्षेत्राधिकारी तथा पुलिस अधीक्षक की सुस्पष्ट संस्तुति के उपरान्त ही विचार किया जायेगा। उक्त मुहीम को शुरू करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य पुलिसकर्मियों के मनोबल को ऊचा रखते हुए उनके द्वारा किये गये उत्कृष्ठ कार्यो को आम जन-मानस के सम्मुख लाते हुए उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करना है।

At present, during the Kovid-19 transition, every effort has been made by Doon Police to provide all possible help to every needy person with full devotion and service. Doon Police is doing commendable work on regular basis in prevention and disclosure of crimes other than corona infection, in view of the tireless efforts being made by the policemen in the course of their duties, keeping their morale high and encouraging them. For the purpose, Senior Superintendent of Police Dehradun Sir has announced to reward the policemen who have done commendable work in every month, under which the policemen who do commendable work every month will be rewarded in three different categories. In which the policeman who did a specific job during the investigation / investigation of a charge, the “best exposure / investigation”, the policemen who took maximum preventive action against the chaotic / anti-social elements, the “best preventive action” and the policeman who did the most special work. Awarded with the award of “Police Man of the Month”, citations will be given. In order to maintain complete transparency during the said process, the names of the policemen to be honored along with the full details of the work done by them will be considered only after the clear recommendation of the concerned jurisdictional and superintendent of police. The main objective of starting the said campaign is to encourage the policemen by bringing them in front of the common man, keeping the morale high.
