पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह लखनऊ में हुए पूर्व ब्लॉक प्रमुख अजीत सिंह हत्याकांड की साजिश रचने का आरोपी है. इस मामले में लखनऊ पुलिस शूटर सहित कई लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है.

उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ से बड़ी खबर है. यहां बाहुबली पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह को भगोड़ा घोषित कर दिया गया है. लखनऊ कोर्ट ने 25 हज़ार के इनामी पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह को भगोड़ा घोषित किया है. बता दें धनंजय सिंह लखनऊ में हुए पूर्व ब्लॉक प्रमुख अजीत सिंह हत्याकांड में आरोपी है. धनंजय सिंह पर अजीत सिंह की हत्या की साज़िश रचने का आरोपी है. इस मामले में लखनऊ पुलिस शूटर सहित कई लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है.

दिलचस्प बात ये है कि एक तरफ महीनों से लखनऊ पुलिस धनंजय सिंह को गिरफ्तार करने का प्रयास कर रही है. वहीं दूसरी तरफ धनंजय सिंह आराम से रह रहा है. कुछ महीनों पहले ही वह एक अन्य मामले में जमानत कटवाकर जेल भी गया. लेकिन कुछ समय बाद ही उसकी जमानत हो गई और वह बाहर आ गया लेकिन लखनऊ पुलिस को नहीं मिला. लखनऊ पुलिस उसकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए उसके घर तक कई बार दबिश डाल चुकी है लेकिन उसके हाथ खाली ही हैं.

बता दें इससे पहले धनंजय सिंह मामले में निष्पक्ष जांच को लेकर हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटा चुके हैं लेकिन वहां से उन्हें राहत नहीं मिली. दरअसल धनंजय सिंह के खिलाफ अजीत सिंह हत्याकांड में केस दर्ज किया गया था. इसी को लेकर याची ने मामले में दर्ज प्राथमिकी को चुनौती देकर गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाए जाने की गुजारिश की थी. याची की तरफ से कहा गया कि उसे इस मामले में झूठा फंसाया गया है. सुनवाई के दौरान याची के वकील ने याची की बेगुनाही वाली पर्याप्त सामग्री के साथ नई याचिका दाखिल करने की छूट के साथ यह याचिका वापस लेने की अनुमति देने का आग्रह किया था.

लखनऊ में अजीत सिंह की हत्या 6 जनवरी को की गई थी. अजीत की पत्नी रानू सिंह ने मऊ में जौनपुर के पूर्व सांसद धनंजय सिंह, आजमगढ़ के माफिया कुंटू सिंह उर्फ ध्रुव सिंह, अखंड सिंह व गिरधारी विश्वकर्मा उर्फ डॉक्टर के खिलाफ लिखित तहरीर दी थी. मऊ पुलिस ने लखनऊ में वारदात होने के कारण उसे संबंधित थाने में देने की बात कहकर वापस भेज दिया. वहीं विभूतिखंड में अजीत के करीबी मोहर सिंह की तहरीर पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया था.

Dhananjay Singh is accused of conspiring to kill Ajit Singh. In this case, Lucknow Police has arrested many people including the shooter.

The interesting thing is that for months, Lucknow Police is trying to arrest Dhananjay Singh. On the other hand Dhananjay Singh is living comfortably. A few months back, he also went to jail after getting bail in another case. But after some time he got bail and he came out but Lucknow Police did not get it. Lucknow Police has raided his house many times for his arrest but his hands are empty.

Before this, Dhananjay Singh has approached the High Court for a fair investigation in the case, but he did not get relief from there. Actually, a case was registered against Dhananjay Singh in the Ajit Singh murder case. Regarding this, the petitioner had challenged the FIR registered in the case and requested for a stay on the arrest. It was said on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. During the hearing, the counsel for the petitioner had requested for permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition with sufficient material for the innocence of the petitioner.

Ajit Singh was murdered in Lucknow on 6 January. Ajit’s wife Ranu Singh had given a written complaint against former MP of Jaunpur Dhananjay Singh, Azamgarh mafia Kuntu Singh alias Dhruv Singh, Akhand Singh and Girdhari Vishwakarma alias Dr. Due to the incident in Lucknow, the Mau police sent him back saying that he would be given to the concerned police station. At the same time, a case was registered in Vibhutikhand on the complaint of Mohar Singh, close to Ajit.
