Chief Minister Trivandra Singh Rawat inaugurated the Rabbar program held on the 17th anniversary of the State Foundation Day in the Janata Hall of the Chief Minister’s residence.

But for the manner in which the Rabbar  program was kept, all the representatives of the state should have been created, but there were only 3 out of 57 Vidhans.
