हिमाचल में आगामी 24 घंटों यानी सोमवार को मैदानी व मध्यपर्वतीय इलाकों में भारी बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है. इन इलाकों में चार व पांच अगस्त को भी भारी बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी रहेगा.
हिमाचल प्रदेश में इस वर्ष मानसून कहर बरपा रहा है. मानसून सीजन (Monsoon Season) में बड़े पैमाने पर जान-माल का नुकसान हुआ है. राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (State Disaster Management Authority) की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, मानसून सीजन में अब तक बारिश से जुड़ी घटनाओं के चलते 213 लोगों की मौत हो गई, वहीं 12 लोग लापता हुए. मानसूनी बारिश के कारण 110 मौतें सड़क हादसों में हुई हैं. भूस्खलन से 21, फलैश फलड व बादल फटने की घटनाओं में नौ, नदी-नालों में बहने व डूबने से 19, आगजनी में दो, सर्पदंश में सात, करंट लगने से चार, फिसलने व गिरने से 27 तथा अन्य कारणों से 14 लोगों की जान गई है. शिमला में सबसे अधिक 33 और हमीरपुर में सबसे कम पांच लोगों की मृत्यु हुई है.
112 मकान पूरी तरह से तबाह
राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण ने 13 जून से पहली अगस्त को बारिश से उपजी आपदा से हुए नुकसान के ये आंकड़े जारी किए. आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि मॉनसून में आई आपदाओं में 440 जानवर मारे गए. मानसून सीजन में 112 मकान पूरी तरह से तबाह हो गए. वहीं 522 मकानों को आंशिक क्षति पहुंची है. कांगड़ा में सबसे ज्यादा 212 मकानों को नुकसान पहुंचा है. इसके अलावा बारिश से राज्य में आठ दुकानें, 10 पुल एवं 458 गौशालाएं क्षतिग्रस्त हुईं. आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, मानसून सीजन में आपदा के चलते 632 करोड़ की चल-अचल संपति ध्वस्त हुई है. लोकनिर्माण विभाग को सर्वाधिक 432 करोड़, जलशक्ति विभाग को 183 करोड़, उर्जा विभाग को 91 लाख व सामुदायिक संपति को 18 लाख का नुकसान पहुंचा है.
दो लोगों ने दम तोड़ा
इस बीच बीते 24 घंटों के दौरान राज्य में बारिश से संबंधित हादसों में दो लोगों ने दम तोड़ा. इनमें लाहौल-स्पीति व उना जिलों में सड़क हादसों में एक-एक व्यक्ति की जान गई. वहीं भूस्खलन के कारण 47 सड़कें बंद रहीं। इसके अलावा 12 ट्रांसफार्मर, 58 पानी की स्कीमें प्रभावित हुई हैं. बारिश की वजह से 15 घरों को नुकसान पहुंचा वहीं सात गौशालाएं ध्वस्त हुईं.
बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी
मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र शिमला के अनुसार पिछले 24 घंटों में नादौन में 35 मिमी बारिश हुई. इसके अतिरिक्त डल्हौजी में 34, बलद्वारा में 29, चंबा में 19, कसौली व बिजाई में 17-17, पांवटा साहिब में 14 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई. मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र शिमला के निदेशक सुरेंद्र पाल ने बताया कि बताया कि सात अगस्त तक राज्य में बादलों के बरसने का अनुमान है. उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी 24 घंटों यानी सोमवार को मैदानी व मध्यपर्वतीय इलाकों में भारी बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है. इन इलाकों में चार व पांच अगस्त को भी भारी बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी रहेगा.
