देहरादून 20 जुलाई, कैबिनेट मंत्री एवं मसूरी विधायक गणेश जोशी ने मंगलवार को सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के मुलाक़ात की l मुलाक़ात के दौरान उनके द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री के संज्ञान में लाया गया कि एमडीडीए द्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों को शासन द्वारा लागू की गई वन टाइम सेटलमेंट पॉलिसी से वंचित रखा गया है l
उन्होंने बताया कि मसूरी क्षेत्र में वन टाइम सेटेलमेंट पॉलिसी लागू ना होने के कारण स्थानीय लोगों में विभाग के प्रति रोष व्याप्त है l साथ ही, मसूरी क्षेत्र में वन टाइम पॉलिसी लागू करने एवं स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के द्वारा कई बार विभाग को दूरभाष एवं पत्राचार के माध्यम से लिखा गया है, परंतु आवास विभाग द्वारा इस प्रकरण पर अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री से अनुरोध किया कि व्यापक जनहित को देखते हुए प्राथमिकता के आधार पर आवास विभाग से मसूरी में भी वन टाइम पॉलिसी लागू कराया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने इस समस्या का संज्ञान लेते हुए जल्द से जल्द मसूरी में भी वन टाइम सेटेलमेंट पॉलिसी लागू करने का आश्वासन दिया।

During the meeting, it was brought to the notice of the Chief Minister that the one time settlement policy implemented by MDDA to various areas by the government been deprived of
He said that due to non-implementation of One Time Settlement Policy in Mussoorie area, there is anger towards the department among the local people. Also, through the implementation of One Time Policy in Mussoorie area and local public representatives, many times through telephone and correspondence to the department. It has been written from, but no action has been taken by the Housing Department on this matter so far. He requested the Chief Minister to implement the one time policy in Mussoorie from the Housing Department on priority basis keeping in view the wider public interest.
Taking cognizance of this problem, Chief Minister Dhami assured to implement one time settlement policy in Mussoorie at the earliest.
