पटना/दिल्ली. केंद्रीय मंत्रिपरिषद विस्तार की खबरों के बीच बड़ी खबर यह भी सामने आ रही है कि इस बार पीएम मोदी की सीएम नीतीश कुमार की पुरानी मांग मान सकते हैं. सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इस बार केंद्रीय कैबिनेट में मोदी सरकार जेडीयू को आनुपातिक भागीदारी दे सकती है और नीतीश की पार्टी जनता दल यूनाइटेड (JDU) के कोटे से केंद्रीय सरकार में तीन मंत्री बनाए जा सकते हैं. सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इनमें दो कैबिनेट और एक राज्य मंत्री हो सकते हैं. जो खबरें सामने आ रही हैं उसके मुताबिक जेडीयू कोटे से आरसीपी सिंह (RCP Singh) और ललन सिंह (Lalan Singh) कैबिनेट मंत्री हो सकते हैं और किसी एक को राज्य मंत्री बनाया जा सकता है.

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार राज्य मंत्री के तौर पर जो नाम चल रहे हैं उनमें रामनाथ ठाकुर, चंदेश्वर चंद्रवंशी , दिलेश्वर कामत और संतोष कुशवाहा शामिल हैं. बताया जा रहा है कि इनमें से ही कोई एक राज्य मंत्री बनाए जा सकते हैं. बता दें कि वर्ष 2019 में मोदी के दूसरी बार सरकार बनाने पर बिहार से लोजपा केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल हुई थी, जबकि जदयू ने भाजपा से मिला ऑफर ठुकरा दिया था. पर इस बार पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष आरसीपी सिंह ने खुद आगे आकर सरकार में शामिल होने की बात कही है इससे लगता है कि जेडीयू को तीन मंत्री पद देने पर भाजपा नेताओं ने हरी झंडी दे दी है.

दरअसल सीएम नीतीश कुमार शुरू से ही सीटों की हिस्सेदारी के आधार पर आनुपातिक भागीदारी चाहते थे, लेकिन भाजपा ने सभी सहयोगी दलों को सांकेतिक भागीदारी का ऑफर दिया था. इसके बाद सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने नाराज होकर साफ तौर पर कहा था कि उनकी पार्टी जेडीयू केंद्रीय मंत्रिपरिषद का हिस्सा नहीं होगी. हालांकि तब यह खबरें भी आई थीं कि आरसीपी सिंह या ललन सिंह में से किसी एक को राज्य मंत्री बनाया जाता, लेकिन दोनों में से कोई राज्य मंत्री बनने को तैयार नहीं हुए, जिससे बात बिगड़ गई थी. हालांकि इस बार बात बनती दिखाई दे रही है.

जेडीयू की ओर से केंद्रीय कैबिनेट में अनुपातिक भागीदारी डिमांड के पीछे बड़ी वजह है यह मानी जा रही है कि बीजेपी ने हाल में पश्चिम बंगाल चुनाव में मात खाई और अगले साल यूपी विधानसभा के चुनाव हैं, ऐसे में पार्टी अपने सहयोगियों को लेकर कोई जोखिम लेना नहीं चाहती है. ऐसे भी जेडीयू ने यूपी चुनाव लड़ने का ऐलान कर दिया है. हालांकि फिलहाल वह एनडीए खेमे से ही लड़ने की बात कह रही है, लेकिन आनुपातिक भागीदारी नहीं मिली तो हो सकता है कि जेडीयू यूपी में भाजपा के लिए टेंशन का सबब बन जाए.

राजनीतिक जानकारों का मानना है कि यही वजह है कि जेडीयू इस मौके को हाथ से जाने देना नहीं चाहती. इसीलिए नीतीश कुमार लोकसभा चुनाव के 50-50 फॉर्मूले पर ही मोदी कैबिनेट में जगह चाहते हैं. 2019 लोकसभा चुनाव में दोनों पार्टियों ने 17-17 सीटों पर दावेदारी की थी, जिसमें बीजेपी 17, जेडीयू 16 पर जीत दर्ज करने में सफल रही. अभी बिहार से 5 मिनिस्टर मोदी मंत्रिमंडल में हैं तो जेडीयू भी पांच मंत्री चाहती है, लेकिन ऐसा हो पाना संभव नहीं दिखता है. ऐसे भी भाजपा का फोकस भी अभी चुनावी राज्यों में अधिक है ऐसे में जेडीयू तीन नाम पर सहमत होती दिख रही है.
