सुमना हादसे में 391 लेबर सेना व आईटीबीपी कैंपो में सुरक्षित: मुख्यमंत्री

-मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने इलाके का हवाई सर्वेक्षण के बाद चमोली में मीडियाकर्मियों से बातचीत में दी जानकारी

-सेना, आईटीबीपी समेत एसडीआरएफ, एनडीआरएफ व जिला प्रशासन राहत बचाव में जुटा

मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने आज जोशीमठ के सुमना में ग्लेशियर टूटने वाले क्षेत्र का हवाई सर्वेक्षण कर स्थिति का जायजा लिया। हवाई सर्वेक्षण व सेना के अधिकारियों से जानकारी लेने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री श्री तीरथ सिंह रावत जी ने चमोली में मीडियाकर्मियों से बातचीत में कहा कि सुमना में जहां पर ग्लेशियर टूटा वहां पर बीआरओ के लगभग 400 लेबर काम कर रहे थे। मुख्यमंत्री जी ने बताया कि इनमें से कुल 391 लोग सेना व आईटीबीपी के कैम्पों तक पहुँच गए हैं और पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित हैं। मुख्यमंत्री जी ने बताया कि इस हादसे में छह मजदूरों के मारे जाने की जानकारी मिली है जबकि 4 लोग घायल हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री जी ने कहा कि मौके पर सेना, आईटीबीपी की टीमें राहत बचाव कार्य में जुटी हैं। एसडीआरएफ वहां पर आगे बढ़ी है और एनडीआरएफ की कुछ टीमें भी आगे बढ़ रही हैं। जिला प्रशासन भी शुक्रवार से ही पूरी मुस्तैदी से राहत-बचाव में जुट है। गाजियाबाद में भी एनडीआरएफ की टीमें अलर्ट मोड पर हैं।

The Chief Minister said that the Army and ITBP teams are engaged in relief rescue work on the spot. The SDRF has progressed there and some of the NDRF teams are also moving forward. The district administration is also engaged in rescue and relief since Friday. NDRF teams are also on alert mode in Ghaziabad.
